Returns

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
    • Items must include original packaging and tags (if applicable).
    • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Non-Returnable Items
    • Gift cards.
    • Clearance or final sale items.
    • Custom or personalized products.
  3. Return Process

    • Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@n-amato.com within 2 days of receiving your item.

Refunds

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Errors
